Dear Saab friends and fans
I hope you are all approaching a well-deserved holiday season. About the Pretour Stockholm. Sadly, I have to say we need to cancel the event. I feel sorry about that. The reason is, out of the initial reservations not more than about half of all have confirmed their participation. Some have withdrawn and will travel to to IntSaab directly. Some others have not responded to our communication at all.
One of the reasons I have decided to give you this entire message already at this stage is, I hope you will be able to make something nice out of these days.
Another reason is, we have kept a fair amount of beds, chairs, tables, activities on hold. Within more or less two weeks Sweden closes for summer holiday when organizing such an event is much more elaborate. So, we have reached this unfortunate decision point.
All the best, I hope we will be able to meet in Vadstena. In the meantime, I wish you all a nice summer and vacation.

Vi har jobbat hårt med att öka antalet deltagare på INT träffen i sommar och vi har lyktas öka antalet till 585 biljetter från 400. Det finns därför ett fåtal biljetter kvar att köpa. Så har du tänkt att åka till Linköping/Vadstena i sommar har du nu chansen!

We have now send confirmation on your registration to all people how registered in time (before 1 April). So check your mailbox, if you haven´t get any mail send one to us.
För Svenska Saabklubbens medlemmar så kan vi informera att vi kommer släppa pubbiljetter till båda kvällarna efter maten har serverats. Dessa kommer gå att köpa på plats för 100 SEK för varje kväll, mot uppvisande av medlemskort. Mer info om detta kommer snarast.

|We will open the registration form the remaning tickets SATURDAY the 12th OF MARCH at lunch time Stockholm (CET+1).
There will be turn-taking order as the registrations are made. Registrations that exceeds the number of available tickets will be put on a waiting list until when and if any places will be available.As you surely know there is an huge interest to participate in the Intsaab 2016 meeting, maybe more than a normal Intsaab event due to the fact that we are in Sweden on Saab ground.
It was almost as the release for a Bruce Springsteen arena consert where 50000 tickets are sold in less than one hour!
Our Intsaab-tickets were almost sold out within three days after our release. Therefore we took a pause to check the registrations and correct the database if any double registrations or other typing errors before continuing.After we have reviewed the database there are approx 360 persons registered. As you know we have announced that there will be 400 tickets available for this event. After a discussion with our partners that organize the food and party we have investigated how to increase the number of available seats a little, but then it is full.There are many practical considerations regarding the event (food, tents, accomondations, parking, fire and safety regulations, museum entrance capability, etc etc) that sets the maximum number of participants for this type of arrangement. To make the whole visitor experience complete and within budget we can not release a ”half-version-ticket” since this will have a direct impact on the administrative and practical part of the arrangement.We are overwhelmed by the positive response from all over the world and it is a true joy to be able to welcome so many Saab enthusiats from all different countries. However, we are unfortunally not able to meet the full request from everyone that likes to participate./Intsaab team
